    Pros

    Flexible work arrangements
Good mix of working in the office and getting out on farms.

    Cons

It seems like the role responsibilities haven't been reviewed in some time which has resulted in, almost, an unmanageable workload.

    Pros

Amazing culture (people are friendly and collaborative), flexible work practices, large organisation means lots of opportunities to change careers within the same place.

    Cons

As with any large organisation, expect the decision making process to take time as you engage with multiple stakeholders.

I have been working at Commonwealth Bank of Australia full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place to work. The teams are very collaborative and you get involved in very interesting challenging work. For a large organisation, it's a good place to work. Systems are pretty good compared to other places I've worked.

    Cons

The Group can be a hard place to navigate, given the size but generally it's not overly hierarchical. The size of the organisation can mean there is a lot of red tape to work through, but once you work it out, it's pretty straightforward.

    Advice to Management

Culturally CBA is a good place to work, it has a good feel to it. Given cost pressures, I think it's going to be challenging to maintain such a strong positive culture.
