    Salary review process is not ideal, they look at market rate and aligns to market rather than look at performance and pay accordingly i.e. even for high performance staff gets pay market rather than above market

    Advice to Management

    Look at your salary review process if you would like to retain high achievers

    My personal experience has been that of an enriched exchange of thoughts amongst like-minded professionals with high aspirations and strong ethics, bringing the best of their abilities and personal background to facilitate a confluence of positive ambitions plus healthy relationships.

    Cons

    It comes with all the cons a big enterprise might have. Nonetheless, for a person used to this type of environment I consider this a situation that brings its own challenges rather than a disadvantage as such.
