I am seeing positive culture changes happening at the moment - keep doing that and promote the right people- real leaders put people and customers at heart instead of putting self interest first

I worked at Commonwealth Bank of Australia full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Really strong service culture, great people at every level. Lots of smart, capable people and the customer is always the focus.

    Cons

CBA is figuring out how to operate for the time ahead, lots of uncertainty and unclear expectations for frontline staff. Crazy workload for all leaders needs addressing, unspoken expectation to do whatever it takes to get the work done but then get blamed for not looking after your own work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

It will be a tough year ahead, please don't forget about your hardworking staff as you're nothing without them.
