I have been working at Commonwealth Bank of Australia full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A handful of people at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia care about their employees

    Cons

A vast majority of executive managers will not support your career development. Internal rotation opportunities are terrible. Often jobs are advertised with the job already being filled prior to advertisement.

I worked at Commonwealth Bank of Australia for less than a year

    Pros

I was given many tasks to do but my manager always asked whether I felt comfortable with my workload and job. My colleagues were friendly and helpful. Managers were open to discuss problems with their team members, listened and encouraged them to find better way to accomplish jobs or improve results.

    Cons

Politic game was the thing that I was never interested in but its a common thing in any big organization.
