    Negative Outlook

I worked at Commonwealth Bank of Australia full-time

    Pros

good project, that build experience and skillsets. However, career development is very much on your own.

    Cons

too much politic, as IT is not a core business, it is very difficult even for permanent staff to progress/develop through management ladder. The training and career development is very much based on how you develop your connection inside the organization and your own resourcefulness. Even with that, it still be very difficult as IT in banking normally considered as temporary resources. So probably better to join as contractor as you will get better pay/compensation that way.
