    Pros

    Great tools, data-driven, values-based and innovative culture, high performing teams, leading in digital and UX, lots of team building and development opportunities. Genuine drive for better customer outcomes.

    Cons

    Scandals in other areas of the business can be disheartening but I felt management communicated well about these issues.

    I have been working at Commonwealth Bank of Australia part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    This is a large organisation with great scope for career building. They're supportive of exposing employees to new and different roles and have accountability for reaching their gender and diversity goals. They're very strong on flexible work arrangements and give people great autonomy in how they manage their work with their life. They're making progress for women possible.

    Cons

    It can be political at times. Decision making is very hierarchical and it's a slow moving organisation (though capable of making good change). I think it could do with more creativity and collaboration to bring them into more of a new world feel. Still very 'banker'.
