    Highly respected digital team in the Australian market, working with cutting edge technology in a high paced environment. Great place to learn and grow, with a huge focus from management on developing and growing their people.

    Cons

    A degree of difficulty in executing ideas quickly that comes with all large corporate companies, but managed well and not a show stopper.

    Pros

    A great place to start a career in banking or finance Good leave entitlements

    Cons

    The average time for a new employee to get promoted has gone from 12 months to 2 years. Management have lost touch with the frontline staff and customers. Job flexibility in terms of a range of tasks has been replaced with very specialist roles which tend to burn people out.
