Good entry level experience. Exciting industry. Fast paced small business environment
Cons
Renewable Energy is an exciting field that many professionals especially entry level professionals want to get into. They know that, and are comfortable exploiting the position of power that they're in as a renewable energy employer. Also very much a dictatorship type company culture.

The people here are amazing. Everyone bands together to accomplish the job. It's rewarding to work for a company with a mission to produce clean energy and halt climate change, ultimately making the world a better place for future generations
Cons
As with any growing company there is a lot to do and different ways of doing things. If you are a "roll up your sleeves" type person, it's wonderful for the right person but if you don't like to push yourself it can be a challenge.
