Supportive, engaging, large budget, rewarding feeling after shifts. Very understanding management who are willing to work with you on your weaknesses and provide helpful hands and ideas!
Cons
Large class sizes but with the right fit of teachers is very managable. They definitely have the space to accommodate the children.

I've worked here for 6 years and there is no place like Compass. The management is incredible, with hearts of gold.
