I have been working at Concentrix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I entered Concentrix at an agent level as a sales representative. I've been there for one year and have already progressed to a Team Leader position. There's such great support from the management teams and such a great culture on the production floor.

    Cons

Some clients are better to work with than others, but as long as you're willing to work hard, movement within the company is encouraged.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

I have been working at Concentrix full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good location in CBD. Global company. Great people to work with in Brisbane. Supportive lower and middle management. Slightly above award rates.

    Cons

Terrible culture. Some opportunity for career advancement but not salary advancement. Company making a loss, performance based pay only applies to a tiny minority. Some positions being moved offshore to save money.

    Advice to Management

    Live the values.

I have been working at Concentrix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Great Support and training
    - People
    - Clean working environment

    Cons

    - Payrate below industry standard
    - Worklife balance isn't great with changing schedules
    - Work can become repetitive

    Advice to Management

    - Work on raising pay especially for those who've been working here for an extended period of time. This will allow you to better retain staff.

I have been working at Concentrix full-time

    Pros

Good people to work with. It's a job.

    Cons

Terrible pay. Battery farm attitude toward staff. Everyone's expendable. Opportunities are limited and the increase to may minimal compared with the higher expectations of higher positions.

    Advice to Management

Pay competitively. Treat staff with respect.

I worked at Concentrix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working at this company.

    Cons

Worst area managers, don't care about employees who are working through them. current Managers are not people manager, they don't care about their employees, no matter how hardworking their employees are even they go home the following day they still have escalations and being treated like animals by their managers. NO OT PAYS. NO RECOGNITION and RECOMMENDATION. They hire by their guts not by the applicants skills and capabilities. If they have team buildings the food is not enough for employees. Managers grow from the company and does not have experience outside the company they lack skills that should be gained outside the company. Compensation is lowest from the Market.

    Advice to Management

Please layoff all the poor middle management people and recruit from good company

I have been working at Concentrix part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Note: Concentrix have multiple clients and you will usually only ever work for one. This client was one of their main and my review will centre around my experience working on behalf of that client.

You work on behalf of an awesome name in tech being the front line of support for their products.
    Friendly co-workers.
    Flexible hours.
    Discount on the client's products.
    Central office location.
    Free food often.
    Incentives to work extra shifts.

    Cons

Must sign an NDA and agreement stating that you will not ever name the client you work on behalf outside of your job which means you cannot put the big name client on your resume.
You don't know anything about most new products until the day the public does leading you to have to play catchup very quickly.
HR is rude and useless when issues are reported.
Pay issues were common when I worked there and took nagging to be fixed.
Tools that can be vital to helping you do your job can only be accessed by higher level staff members meaning you have to call them for simple information.
Moving up past a certain point is hard and there is a lot of favoritism in the workforce. You won't be promoted for your KPI's and work ethic if you aren't best friends with your team leader.
Pay is award minimum and you will only make decent money with penalty rates.
When I worked there the call recording system was fragmented and buggy and the computers were very old. We also never got devices to play with so were left to support and be the go to experts products we had never even touched before.

    Advice to Management

Offer a clearer system for employees to work on career progression that isn't based on who the team leaders like best.
    Give your staff demo products.
Seeing as you give the employees a shirt with the client's name on it, it'd be good if we could list the client's name on our resume.

I have been working at Concentrix full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers and support staff are absolutely brilliant! Slight discount on vendor partners products. Air conditioning, office conveniently located, great coffee on steet.

    Cons

Minimum wage, incredibly high stress, no work/life balance, micromanagement. Unattainable ‘targets’ with no leeway built in for extreme situations. Limited options for advancement once progressing through phone based roles

    Advice to Management

Increased pay, employee assistance that actually responds
