      Pros

      Good CLM. CPQ is deceptive. Rev Mgmt & billing is nonexistent.

      Cons

      Sr Mgmt is awful. They've created an awful culture to work in.

      No support from the top management or Product team, Lacks overall strategy and company vision. No proper employee respect and remuneration.

      Pros

      Mature adult Culture with the freedom to flourish and create your own success path. Great for those with families with flexibility to NOT worry what people think coming in occasionally after 9am because you had to do the 'school run'. Most of us have young families. As long as you 'show-up' and do your 'turn on the front', that's all people ask for. Probably the best company to SELL For in the SaaS / Salesforce Ecosystem. Our apps are widely used and customers love them. Incredible Growth and ever evolving suite of Apps for the Salesforce Ecosystem Great Management team that genuinely care for their employees Good benefits packages and good commission structures! Regular company lunches when we achieve our objectives and a kitchen full of snack and food for breakfast etc. Great CBD location also. What more do you need?

      Cons

      Growing pains but we've been through that now. For a period, we were under resourced in the region but have fixed that now having hired good people in the right roles.
