      Pros

      Some very good and competent people here. Fulfilling and detail-oriented work. You will be challenged.

      Cons

      Upper management believes they're already doing everything the best way and there is no room for others besides them to improve the place. Turnover is very high. You will never do enough work for it to be enough. Even salary employees will be told to work weekends if they need more time for their workload.
