Pros

the only thing that can be called an advantage here is that of technical work but to be honest the other things are so bad that it would be better off not to go for just work alone

Cons

Absolute liars: promised work from home facility during interview and later said no. promised a technical manager and actually hired an equivalent of rickshaw puller with not just apalling technical skills but also extremely poor communication skills there strategy is to have 2 folks doing work of 10 individuals. Absolutely mismanaged company. I think it's better to go for some big product based company with some properly defined processes than this cesspit.

Pros

1. Technically challenging work 2. Flexible working hours, facilities are good 3. Small company, not big mess of junks

Cons

1. Poor project management, managers are technically good but not as good managerial skills 2. No proper software development methods, do not expect much about S/W development methods here, All you need to do is just code code code, No important on proper testing (testing really sucks here.. most of the testing manual testing!!), no unit testing, no proper planning and execution of the project delivery goals, totally no quality in SW development and the product quality.. 3. Company of developer .!! No testers 4. Management is not concerned about the quality of the SW development
