The company truly values work-life balance—there’s a strong understanding that people have lives outside of work, and leadership is respectful and flexible when it comes to time off or personal needs. I’ve always felt supported by my colleagues and leadership. There’s an open-door policy and people are willing to jump in and help when needed. Leadership communicates clearly and regularly. There’s an effort to keep employees in the loop and be transparent, which I really appreciate

As the company continues to grow, there are some processes that could use streamlining—but leadership seems open to feedback and willing to adapt.
