      Pros

      Cook Group is a good company.

      Cons

      Regentec is top heavy, too many directors and managers. It cannot meet deadlines, has little to no customer focus. Constantly changing its direction.

      Cool work. Potential to make a big impact on the world someday.

      Cons

      Small town 1980s leadership moves to the big city. Definite big fish in small pond inflated vision of self. Snotty employees are rude to teammates without any repercussions. Be prepared for people saying nothing to you in the hallways. They don't have to...they are above you.
