This facility is extremely disorganized and unsafe for both staff and patients. Leadership lacks transparency and structure, and communication between departments is poor to nonexistent. When I accepted the role, I was not informed of the true state of the facility. Instead of being supported to lead and improve processes, I found myself without basic tools, computer access, or resources needed to do my job safely or effectively.
The culture feels reactive rather than proactive, with little emphasis on teamwork or accountability.
