We're pleased that you enjoyed our unparalleled scheduling flexibility and the low-stress nature of the job, but were sad to read that you weren't satisfied with the compensation package or the indepedent work-style. We find that many people are attracted to working independently and not having to either sell to customers or deal with continual micro-managing. We recognize that this job is not for everyone, but we also think that the production-based job combined with our casual office atmosphere is highly appealing for a variety of personality types. Our compensation model is competitive, as you can earn up to $13/hour, but it is production-based so it boils down to to challenging yourself to improve your performance and hit goals every pay period.
