Badly managed company with no direction

Pros
When the main boss is on holiday, which is very frequent, you can come in when you please, wear what you want, and no one cares.
Cons
The company changes direction with the moods of the main boss. You can go from the most valuable member of staff when you’re offered the job. To a piece of dog dirt that has wasted everyone’s time when you are eventually fired.

Pros
Fun place to work. They expect results but no one is breathing down your neck. Being deaf they have gone out of their way to make me feel just like the next person. I have never felt my hearing had let me down
Cons
My only grumble is I feel sometimes we are not told any update on how the company is doing on a whole
