    -Well defined roles and procedures -Very established training scheme -Good pay for younger workers -Flexibility in hours -Good management -Friendly working environment I enjoy working at Costa, the job is rewarding and enjoyable.

    Cons

    -Communication of pay schemes are unclear (holiday hours and days) -Training is mostly online, and independent -The initial learning curve is pretty steep, making it stressful in the early stages of employment -As it is a large business there is a lot of stringent regulations, this is good but adds to the training process as the processes must be followed.
