I worked at Countrywide Austral full-time
Pros
My manager really pushed me to be my best when I just started out as a newbie. He helped me gain my confidence.
Cons
It would be loud sometimes when I was on the phone, but that is normal for a sales floor.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI worked at Countrywide Austral for less than a year
Pros
Flexibility to work when you want. Good commission if you give it 110%.
Cons
No base salary. Poor management. Unprofessional. Internal corruption and poor business model. Take advantage of vulnerable people - offering them uncapped earning potential, when the reality is 80% are working for free with small percentage making commission.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI worked at Countrywide Austral for less than a year
Pros
Managers are motivated for you to succeed
Cons
You will be told the role is flexible, not once, but over and over and over again. What you will not be told - I had to learn this the hard way - is that the 'paid for' leads are given (strictly) to those who work Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm. No exceptions. This is fine - I just wish they had told me this instead of spending three months telling me how flexible the role supposedly is. This role is commission only. Subsequently if you are not getting the good leads the role is not financially sustainable. There are genuinely flexible employers out there for cold calling - don't settle.
