    I worked at Covance full-time

    Pros

Working from home always has its pros. Nice people. Some work perks outside of benefits.

    Cons

Staff in other functions are not as knowledgeable as they should be. That lack of knowledge started to weigh heavy on the staff that knew what they were doing. Upper management was willing to bend too easy to unconventional client request and would not push back. This dumped more work on everyone with no additional on record reallocation of work. Increase in turnover impacting the staff that have been there for years. Hiring new staff with no qualifications and having more sr. Staff train them, also adding to the workload of more experienced people.
