Pros
There were wonderful people who worked for this organization. It was a wonderful place to work. I was very hectic and a heavy workload but if not for the software it would have succeeded.
Cons
This was a very unstable environment and ultimately almost all were laid off. Some people were able to transition to OHA but it was based on who you knew. Not always what you knew.
