      Pros

      Wonderful supportive team members and executive team members. Very collaborative environment, fast-paced but fun. Health care benefits (medical, vision, dental), potential for stock options, professional development. So wonderful to see so many empathetic, mission-driven individuals strive to work hard toward making life better for families with their childcare options.

      Cons

      (Not really a con if this is your jam) Fast-paced, start-up environment.

      Pros

      Since beginning my time with CozyKin, I continue to be impressed. It is definitely fast paced, so you need to be able to learn quickly, and take initiative. The thing that stands out the most to me is the support of the team. If anything arises, the team works together to turn it around and make it right. I have never worked with such a dedicated, passionate team before!

      Pros

      I’ve been with codes again for less than a year but in the short amount of time that I’ve been with them I’ve seen nothing but greatness. You get paid every Friday. You are able to work independently but have the chance to go to playgroup and create play dates with other nanny’s/children. You have the support from HQ which is great. As long as you have open communication with everyone this is a breeze. Easily the best job I’ve ever had in my personal caregiving experience.

      Cons

      I haven’t really found a con during my time. Sometimes it can be tricky to figure out who to reach out to with certain subjects but even then you can be redirected to the right person.
