Pros

We have world-leading specialised software suited to organisations that manage award/nomination-based programs and grant/scholarship-based programs. Everyone I work with is friendly and accepting, and our clients are awesome, too. Working conditions are excellent, with generous compensation and other benefits that others would be more than envious of.

Cons

I honestly have no cons. Creative Force is home.

Pros

- Passionate colleagues - Good management - values input from staff; realistic goals and expectations. Systems and processes are well designed. - Opportunities to move both up and sideways - Remote / Work from home - this can be both a Pro and a Con depending on the person, however for me, I haven't had a commute in 4 years (since I worked here). This gives a lot of flexibility in where you live - ie I'm no longer bound to live within a short commute of a large city (which is the case for most tech roles) and thus broads one's options in life. I will expand on downsides of this in next section. - Fair remuneration - An ethical company. You'll be encouraged to do what's right over what makes the most money. - Good sized company - (ie not too big, not too small) - Good product that's easy to believe in (very important for me in a sales role) - Feedback driven culture

Cons

- there are downsides to fully remote work which will be more significant for some people than others depending on personality. You will not have the same culture of 'after work drinks' or big company Christmas parties, or daily lunch/coffee with colleagues. Again, many will not mind this but it may be essential for some.
