I worked at Crozier Fine Arts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Provides insight into the ways of a major art transport company. Lots of amazing art, which you occasionally get to view.

    Cons

Physical Environment: overwhelmingly depressing. Old warehouse, few windows, old carpet, terrible heating in the office (though there is temperature control for the art) Social Environment: People overall seem very dissatisfied and unhappy in their jobs, which results in a lot of pettiness, anger, and drama. Some people can be quite cruel, others merely disengaged and unprofessional. The work itself was mind-numbing...

    Advice to Management

Support and acknowledge the valuable people you have working there. Stop forcing faux camaraderie and make actual steps towards improving the work environment for your lower level employees.

I worked at Crozier Fine Arts full-time

      Pros

Very talented coworkers who were a delight to work with. Generally fair compensation if you were able to advocate for yourself.

      Cons

New management from outside the industry means strengths /weaknesses of the workforce may not be properly recognized. Not sure if the culture of the company will survive expansion / corporate influence.

      Advice to Management

Focus more on providing resources for the company to succeed, less on "forecasting".

I worked at Crozier Fine Arts full-time

      Pros

Dedicated colleagues and good reputation for services.

      Cons

Little to no administrative assistance, old equipment. Office environment is far from ideal. Crowded office, poor ventilation system, A/C and carpet needs updating.

      Advice to Management

When a decision is finally made on anything, communicate revised policy to staff.

I have been working at Crozier Fine Arts full-time for more than a year

      Pros

There are no pros at all, company is a joke.

      Cons

Unprofessional, act like this is high school. No one respects anyone, I called a manager 15 times for a client that was down stairs. I sent multiple emails and it took her over 25 minutes to respond.
