    Pros

Fun, energetic work environment. Free membership. Passionate frontline staff

Long hours, underpaid, very narrow minded and opinionated senior management (very Christian organisation). If you don’t follow every trend or fad they follow, you’ll be shunned.

I worked at Crunch Fitness full-time

    Pros

    Free gym membership, that's it

    Cons

The company is very dodgy. They do not treat their employees well at all and there is no career progression avenues. Pay is also quite low for all employees. Employee turnover is very, very high, even in management. Senior "management" will quite often will make sexist jokes/comments in meetings. The rest of the people they have put around them are just lacky "yes" people who are most likely afraid of losing their job if they show any type of autonomy or opinion.
