Excellent colleagues - everyone is on point with trying to provide best in breed services Competitive remuneration, especially commission on new business Flexible working environment
Cons
Limited organisation and structure. Company is trying to achieve growth but no plan to market, no marketing, and no brand awareness strategy. Difficult to stand out in a very competitive industry No meaningful feedback on performance until it's too late - a common occurrence within the sales team. A revolving door of sales people No support in role, no development opportunities and not much care factor No culture other than dog-eat-dog mentality

Pros
Great progression as well as leadership. I received constant communication with regards to my personal career and skill progression which was incredibly valuable to me. The close knit company made it easy for me to also get a look into the Penetration Testing team and SOC which was great also!
Cons
That they do not have an office in the UK for me to work from!
