Great company to start your Software Engineering career

    Pros

They have a great mentorship program in place for Junior Engineers. Top Engineering talent acting as mentors who actually like working with and mentoring Juniors. This is vital to people early in their career who want to start off strong.

    Cons

You will not be able to negotiate your salary if you are coming in through the Junior program. The rate is fairly low compared to other Junior Engineering positions at other companies. That being said, if you are a mid-to-senior, bring your negotiation A game, they will pay for good (experienced) talent.
