      Great rates of pay, decent holiday entitlement and holiday pay and team environment

      Bad pushy environment No respect for staff Long hours Heavy lifting without Training Head office staff will look down at you as you don’t even exist Area managers are like goons Too many options to sell , they are called options but that’s a name only they are Mandatory if you want to save your job
