      Free meals Good people to work with

      Cons

      Horrible upper management, servers are imcompetent, the overall company is cheap and unfair. You've worked here for a year? Good luck on getting a raise. You've worked over 6 months of full time hours yet you're still not getting full time benefits? No surprise here.

      Pros

      Treat their employees with respect and dignity. Great benefits and smart leadership. Used to be bigger, and still has lots of life and opportunity in it.

      Cons

      Difficult industry and lack of clear communication to the employees about company direction and changes. Smaller employer now has fewer internal opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      DMB really has a commitment to its employees. As a long time employee, I have experienced the growth, contraction and now slow regrowth of the employee base. During it all, employee focus was and is key. Benefits are outstanding.

      Cons

      Due to the familial environment, when employee difficulties arise, it is sometimes challenging to work thru.
