Pros

Passionate leaders who are great at presenting work to clients.

Cons

The owners/ founders are micromanagers, there is very poor work-life balance, loud music is pumped throughout the office all day leading to a distracting work environment, the Co-ECDs are constantly trying to recycle their own ideas leaving little room for creatives to add their own ideas to presentations. There is no respect for one's personal life and employees are expected to check their work email during late nights, holidays and weekends on a regular basis. This is the most stressful, chaotic work environment you may ever see in an agency.

Pros

-High degree of dedication by teammates -Extremely creative and driven work

Cons

-As others mentioned here, no respect for a life outside of work -Pervasive attitude that you should be not only willing, but thrilled to work 7 days a week/18 hours a day. a 12 hour day is considered a normal one. -Partners won't let management manage -Client work suffers because this company is always pitching for new work -Eating all your meals in that office is depressing

Pros

Used to have great employees, but laid them all off because they can't keep clients.

Cons

- You will pitch every day at Dojo, because they don't have any clients. When they do win a client, they don't make them a priority and don't give attend to them. The ECDs are always searching for the next cool thing, and don't like to get steady work because it is "boring." - The ECDs are delusional and lie about everything. - ECDs think that they can leave early and hire slaves to do their work. - Will get nothing for your book, unless you want pitch work.
