      Pros

      Fun residents. Caring owner. Monthly house meetings to discuss house and resident needs.

      Cons

      Residents too dependent on devices and screens. Lazy co-workers with no consequences for not doing their job. Weak leadership in the direct supervisor who lacks follow through and vision.

      The company is a non-profit so they actually put all of their extra money into their homes, keeping them safe and beautiful, and their employees.

      Cons

      (some) management (PD and Senior directors) treats their employees like they're just a body in the house. Pushing them to their breaking point.
