    I worked at Danone North America full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Good salary, free yogurt, generous PTO

    Cons

    Too many cliques in every team. We had a manager that completely dismantled our successful team and then left the company. We found out later he never managed a team in his career.. Shocker!

    Advice to Management

    No need to provide advice.. they don't listen anyway.. Figure it out.. Americans CAN sell yogurt. Hopefully, White Wave gets rid of the foreigners

    Excellent $$$$ Outstanding time PTO Competitive benefits Pension How much yogurt can you eat?

    Cons

    Lost the desire to treat employees like they matter Upper management foreign and could care less about Americans LOTS of friends of middle management getting promotions even though they are clueless in the position. The last 3-4 years Dannon became a non- friendly, caring employer

    Advice to Management

    Figure it out! Why get rid of people that grew the business to where it is today. Lots of my friends and fellow hard workers are GONE! Just because people are older and higher paid, don't think kids out of college will deliver similar results. Did I say clueless?
