    Great environment, leading product, open, honest direct management policy, fantastic benefits and excellent pay.

    Cons

    I work too many hours because of my passion for the product, but that is my decision and my fault, not something I'm being forced to do.

    Company always treats employees fair, amazing benefits, fun place to work, with an atmosphere that you are always learning and growing. Company is growing very fast and there is lots of opportunity.

    No real cons that I can think of, It is a job. But by far best job I have had in my career.

    Pros

    Cox is amazing with solid benefits and a LOT of extra programs that get you involved in the environment, health, and more. Pay is more than fair, and so is vacation and all that. Since the merger with Cox, I think that a lot of the old... stuff.. is gone. Maybe not all, and not sure you can really get rid of it completely in any company, but this company is pretty progressive. You don't survive as a private company for 150 years as a private by just letting "good enough" being good enough. I really like the direction we're going and hope to stay with them to retirement. I can't recall ever working for a place I like more.

    Cons

    well, you do have to work... Currently, I don't feel any of the cons. We've had to shuffle people a lot at the work place because growth was so fast, but not sure if that counts as a con other than having to move desks. As mentioned in the Pros section, most of the older dirt has been cleaned up as far as I can tell. Sometimes it's frustrating how each product/company doesn't integrate, but I know for a fact that they're trying hard on that and making active improvements - not always where I personally want them, but still nice.

    This company has a customer centric approach and all employees are empowered to help our dealers. We are paid well, respected and all given work/life balance.

    Cons

    In an industry as competitive as ours we don't win every time. The company has reinvented itself since the Cox acquisition. Previous leadership did not share the same vision for success, that has all changed.

    Pros

    I am confident that the people, products and long-term strategy of this company are the best in the industry. Dealertrack has the best of the best in leadership and those leaders are heavily involved in the day-to-day and available for team members. The company firms believes in a work/life balance and that is evident in tenureship. Finally I will say the company, as large as it is, still has the values of a small family owned business. Remarkable.
