      Great place to grow and learn Digital marketing.

      Pros

      Mindrops has been a great place to build hands on experience in the digital marketing field. I have worked on variety of projects across different industries, which has really helped me strengthen my skills in SEO, paid ads, and content strategy. The team is supportive, open to ideas and willing to experiment. Managers give timely feedback which really helped me grow.

      Sometimes the workload can get a bit hectic.

      If you're a proactive, there are plenty of chances here to take on new responsibilities and learn across different areas The team here is always willing to help each other out, which makes it a pleasant place to work

      Limited Breakout rooms, as the team is growing there should be more informal areas or break rooms for relaxation.
