      Pros

      Descent Money& Some nice colleagues. Nothing more that I can think of Some travel to clients and good perks while traveling.

      Cons

      Bad Managers without any empathy or connect to remote workers, Long sales cycle, Terrible and cunning sales guy who have nothing to show in their quota for years but still in the job! Yes you heard that right ! Your career will start going in a reverse direction if you join this place. So please avoid this terrible place.

      Great company to work for, very innovative - market leader in virtual data as a service. Fortune 100 companies partnering with Delphix for various use cases. Engineering team is amazing and individuals go out of their way to help colleagues succeed.

      Cons

      Sales cycles can take some time as we drive market awareness or challenge current processes.
