I worked at Delta Air Lines for less than a year

    Pros

The environment is very supportive, people wanted to help me succeed. Plus you get great flight benefits! Also, from what I witnessed work-life balance and health were valued among employees and managers. They want well-rounded employees.

    Cons

The airline industry as a whole is very volatile.
