      Pros

      DemandScience is growing very quickly within all regions, has communicated the companies vision and long term plan. The company looks after it's APAC employees despite being Headquartered in the US. The CX role itself is much more streamlined compared to that of other Demand Gen companies, with campaign management and operational support being in the same region. Management is very kind, understanding, patient and goal oriented. Compensation is very fair when comparing to other players in the Demand Gen space.

      Cons

      Can be quite busy at EOM. Company is in the middle of streamlining processes as it's a new organization so campaign management can become messy sometimes, although it is improving.

      Pros

      Demand Science really care about their employees of all levels. Lots of resources, tools and support available to help you learn and grow. The company is growing globally at a fast rate, so it's a great time to join and have the opportunity to grow with it. Perks of WFH, great office in CBD, social activities, travel + more bonuses.

      Cons

      not necessarily a con but there are high demands to match the growth, if you continue working hard this wouldn't be an issue. lots of support from managers and above is available to help you through.
