    People with egoistic mindset are given the higher roles. There is no two way communication, kind of dictatorship , lazy ineffective management and cronyism. There are no processes, people keep on hiding facts , with such intentions how do you think they serve kids. very unfortunate to see such organization misusing money and human resource.
