I worked at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

For me, a great team culture and not too high stress environment. It's a big German organisation, so comes with very good benefits. Was happy to come in each day and work.

    Cons

Progression is slow, both due to years of cost pressure, and also seems more time based than merit. Also years of mergers, spin-offs, CEOs, office locations - they are working their way out of a lot of bad past decisions. Makes it feel like an uphill battle to get things done sometimes.
