I have been working at Deutsche Bank

    Pros

Great working environment. Building and facilities remain superior even 10 years after moving in. Long tenured staff mean people know what they are doing and happy to train and collaborate. Internal networks provide support and awareness for diversity and inclusion

    Cons

Long hours, increased pressure to cut costs, do more with less. Not a great deal of opportunity for promotion and progression due to the small footprint

  2. "Good work life balance and benefits, but poor prospects and below market compensation"

I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Pay is adequate. However the bonus are gone and will probably never return.

    Cons

Cary Center is in the process of being a sweat shop. Lines of submitted code per week/month/quarter along with code quality are being monitored for everyone. Beware once the App is complete the maintenance will be off-shored to India and if the next role is not ready they will cut you loose. Watch the catch phrase 'Total Compensation'. There is no more bonus and when there is it does not match what they said in the interview. Healthcare costs are costly.
