    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Dialog Information Technology

    Pros

They claim reputed clients in hand

    Cons

Full of management politics.. no work life balance. Not enough projects. Holds the resources on free list for too long duration. HR team never involve and don’t concern about employees they listen to seniors settled who just push for work to complete. Just body corp no growth to resources and they count only money.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employee who works at ground level not only senior executives

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Dialog Information Technology full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great opportunities to work on Government Assignments.

    Cons

No Human Resources department (your "Manager" is your Sales Account Executive). No Bonus incentives. A culture that appears to support the "old" boys getting away with minimal work accountability or effort. Poor "free list" computer systems. Have only meet one employee whom progressed anything other than sideways in their career. No work from home capacity.

    Advice to Management

INTRODUCE A HR DEPARTMENT! Reward effort, Loyalty & hard work.

I worked at Dialog Information Technology full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Not one thing good to say about the company or its management

    Cons

Where to even start. Everything about this company is dreadful. Staff are treated like slaves, get paid very poorly yet expected to work long hours, put in projects even though you might not be right for the work just because you are on the free list. Import lots of people from South Africa because they know they can pay them and treat them really badly for 2 years. Really battle...

Wake up and treat people like humans not machines.

I worked at Dialog Information Technology

    Pros

Decent salary On time payment Nice company if you are billable

    Cons

    1. Hell to be on free list. 2. No pay rise 3. Lots of favouritism and discrimination especially by Admin staff. 4. Backstabbing by certain Account executives. 5. Lack of transparency in sales process and no collective strategy to win new work. 6. Rude behaviour by Admin staff and talent acquisition team.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating people on free list like slaves. Get rid of some account executives who are just wasting time in fiddling around with tender responses and no idea on how to win new work.
