Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI worked at Dicker Data full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Free lunch - even that got stale as it’s the same lunch shop fare.
Cons
An office that feels like it’s stuck 30 years in the past, taking a break is frowned upon and the place has the look and feel of a prison. Stay away!

Pros
- They really lure you in with the free lunch, it got me into good habits of having fruit every day. - Sometimes there are food trucks - Vendors will sometimes give merchandise - Yoga on Mondays
Cons
- Insane workload in the orders team. Most of us were coming in early/staying late and not having lunch breaks. - The no breaks culture created by everyone being so afraid they will get behind in their work, followed by gossiping if someone takes a lunch break when the office is busy - Always understaffed, saying they're "looking for someone" for the team but no one new ever gets hired - So much gossip by everyone, including the managers. Do not tell anyone anything unless you are OK with it being public knowledge - Higher ups will place any blame on your, everything is your fault. - Racism in the workplace. Don't want to go into it but it was ugly. - Kurnell is far away, at first you think the commute is fine but it does really get you in the end - Office is a gated complex in the middle of nowhere. No food on site unless you like vending machines. Nearest shops are so far away you can't really go out to buy lunch (hence the free lunch)

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Dicker Data full-time for less than a year
Pros
Nothing positive at all working here.
Cons
Worst culture. Reminds me of old typing pools in the movies. Allowed to walk around the building 3 times for lunch break. Unless you smoke and then can have as many breaks as you wish. Questioned where you have been when you finally have a break after 5 solid hours staring at one of three screens. Bullying behaviour all round. Back stabbing culture. Stay clear of this company. Best thing I have ever done is walk out. Every new person who started while I was employed were in tears within the first few weeks.
