    Pros

Great people to work with. They are very open to allowing growth within the company.

    Cons

The hours can sometimes be harsh. By and large this is just the nature of the industry.

I have been working at Digital Domain for more than a year

    Pros

It's a nice variety of very talented people. The organization works well and shows it's experience. DD is allows for a cool environment, while expecting results. It's location is a couple of blocks off the beach, so even when the days get long, one can always find a few minutes during lunch to find a bit of relaxation.

    Cons

Days can get pretty long during crunch time, but to be fair it's often because of the client (pretty much all of the vfx shops have that at times). And, as with anywhere big, it's easy for cliques to form.

    Advice to Management

It's the same advice as anywhere in vfx... People with high rates are always scrutinized (which is fair), but often they're usually the ones actually delivering the most of the billable work. But, often the people with the small pay rate is actually the one costing the most money.
