I have been working at Digitonomy full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You are given complete autonomy over your role, no micro management or people watching your screen over your shoulder. Professional development is widely encouraged and supported. Whether that be changing your day to day role or attending a course to further knowledge. You are the master of your own destiny here, if you would like to be involved in a project or an opportunity you're welcomed to try new things. There are no whispers behind closed doors, or an inner circle of management. Knowledge isn't witheld here and you're genuinely informed of overall progress and departmental performance.

    Cons

The biscuit jars are filled up seemingly hourly, so if you're on a diet you need a strong resolve.

I have been working at Digitonomy full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I was the companies first employee and after 5 and a half years, I still love going to work every day. I have seen many changes over the past few years, with the company going from strength to strength, yet it still manages to maintain a fantastic, amiable working environment and culture, with many colleagues feeling more like family members than co-workers. The company is made up of some incredibly bright and diligent people, many who are exceptional their particular fields, it's safe to say they have never struggled to attract talent! The directors and senior management have been brilliant from day one, not only have they provided me with tons of knowledge, they are also very considerate and approachable, not once have I ever felt under pressure when I have had a query or issue that needs resolving. All in all this is an outstanding company to work for, you'd be hard pressed to find another quite like it.

    Cons

You will need some willpower if you don't want to put on weight, the treat jars are always well stocked!

I have been working at Digitonomy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I've learnt so much since I started at Digitonomy - the level of experience and expertise is very impressive. It's a very busy environment but at the same time an enjoyable one.

    Cons

We've outgrown our office so space is a bit tight. But not long before we move to a bigger one!
