Pros

Other then the occasional free food that restaurant partners get scammed out of by being told they are coming in to pitch their food to the sales staff (which usually was not present) there really aren't any pros to mention

Cons

The irrational behavior exhibited by CEO make it one of the most stressful work environments I have ever experienced. People are constantly fired which is disruptive to the company, the CEO makes business decisions based on emotion and not clear rational thought, and many things are promised that never materialize in reality.

Pros

The Founder/CEO appears very nice, respectful, and transparent.

Cons

The Founder/CEO isn't as he appears. He doesn't keep anyone around long and keeps hiring and firing in an endless cycle. This includes every position below him to entry level. Your loyalty to the vision/company/goal buys you nothing.
