    Pros

    Fantastic experience especially if you love the company. Discounts and free entry are great and the company does do offer unique opportunities for cast.

    Cons

    The low pay. Also your experience can be really dependent on where you are.

    Pros

    Great place to learn from more experienced entertainment technicians and to learn multiple industry disciplines. The work atmosphere depends what park you work at but overall I love the experiences and learning opportunities.

    Cons

    As with any entertainment industry job the hours can be long and odd but it's something you should already know if you want to work in entertainment.
