I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts part-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

      Great environment. Management was awesome.

      Cons

Flexibility when it came to scheduling which was a big part of why I left. I didn't want to leave but I also didn't want to get fired due to being late or having to call out as I would love to work for Disney again one day.

      Advice to Management

You have great workers. Work with the schedules they give you. You have enough employees. Someone will be there to cover that shift.

I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts full-time for more than 3 years

        Pros

Perks. Perks. Perks. You can’t beat access to the parks and great discounts on resort stays, cruise vacations, food and merch. Health benefits are good too.

        Cons

Lots of opportunities if you know the right people. Will show you a bunch of care at the start of your career but once you are out of any kind of program they offer, it’s up to you and no one wants to help you.
