Poor management. Most of them were good people who meant well who's company I did enjoy. I think the blame must ultimately fall on the higher ups, even though dispatch was complicit in perpetuating the senselessness of the entire system in place. Highly unorganized- try getting anything handled by management, don't hold your breath, you'll need it to remind them 17x. CAUTION: DO NOT work too hard or you will literally have to do other peoples' jobs for them after you've finished your own. There quite literally is ZERO incentive for helping. They get mad at you if you dare want to go home after completing your job, which they claim you can indeed do. The sad thing is that a lot of those people you will have to help are actually aware of this dynamic and are exploiting it, and you kind of can't blame them, It's 100% managements' fault. Their system is highly unfair and nonsensical.
