    Pros

    I started out as an Administration Assistant, progressed to Administration Supervisor, and then moved to an Accounting Support role. I received plenty of support and training across all my roles. The senior management is very approachable and open to new ideas.

    Cons

    There is limited scope for growth in purely administrative roles, but that is not the case in accounting, investment, or financial advisory roles.
