I have been working at Doterra full-time

    Pros

Great place to work with lots of potential job growth. Hard and smart workers are rewarded. Unique company culture, especially withing the MLM industry. Great international opportunities as well.

    Cons

Office expansion is always happening (due to company growth) so sometimes parking is frustrating. No biggie though.

I worked at Doterra full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Having been at other companies since doTERRA, this company really does care about its employees and their well-being. My manager was flexible and easy to work with, as were my coworkers. I enjoyed the company perks as well (like parties, extra swag, free products, etc) and had fun on the team.

    Cons

Nepotism. Really big problem at doTERRA.

I have been working at Doterra full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

This company does a really good job of making people feel valued and of having a comfortable, yet professional work environment. They are constantly seeking ways to show employee appreciation and to provide growth opportunities. Even though the company is global and large, it keeps growing. The need for additional so players hasn’t even been slowed down for COVID. They also are willing to give chances to people who have aptitude for positions although it might not seem like a perfect fit.

    Cons

The pay can be considered competitive for the area but it is not the best. The aptitude can also make it feel like you work with people who are not always proficient at their jobs. But, everyone takes time to learn and that might just be another part of that.
